At our office, I provide two types of orthotics to meet your needs: medical-grade and custom. Medical-grade orthotics are a cost-effective option that still offer excellent support, while custom orthotics are designed specifically for your unique foot structure. There are also different styles and sizes available to try on the spot, helping you find the best fit right away. Orthotics help redistribute weight and promote better alignment, supporting a more natural, anatomical position and reducing strain on your body. Instead of guessing what you need and risking discomfort or injury, I help you find the right solution from the start—saving you time, money, and unnecessary pain.

One of the very common questions that is asked:

DO CUSTOM ORTHOTICS REALLY WORK?

There is no simple answer to this question. It all depends on the condition that the patient presents with. Patients can notice that they have flat feet or they have a high arched foot, or they have knee pain or back pain, or they have difficulties participating in their favorite physical activity. I highly recommend not to try things from the internet or from pharmacies without an initial evaluation because this can cause potential harm. Our bodies are aligned and very intuitive. Even small factors like new shoes can cause potential shifts in alignment. Custom orthotics are not always necessary but they can aid in relief from foot and ankle pain, and in improving mobility and stability in certain circumstances.
